"Proteinase K NGS Grade"

The purest recombinant Proteinase K from Tritirachium album expressed in Pichia pastoris. Specially designed for non-specific digestion of proteins in diagnostics and NGS-grade applications requiring minimised residual DNA content.It is free of exonucleases and endonucleases. Fully active up to 56°C and under denaturing conditions (e.g. in the presence of urea and/or SDS). Solubility in water ≥50 mg/ml; Activity ≥ 35 U/mg lyophilizate; Specific activity ≥ 45 U/mg protein; DNA content ≤ 0.1 pg/mg.
